Sunday, Mt. Carmel Police arrested 24 year old Mark A. Wagner of Mt. Carmel after police were called to his residence reference a domestic disturbance. Mark is accused of striking a family member during an altercation. Wagner was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged with domestic battery.
